Returns and Exchange Policy


We sincerely hope you are happy with your new theBabaSling®, and will do our best to help you with any troubles, questions or queries.  For help, please either email us at support@thebabasling.com or telephone our head office on (+44) (0) 1273 320 590.

If however, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return the item, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase (excluding your delivery costs) provided the item is returned:

- Within 14 days of delivery

- The item is returned unused, in re-saleable condition

- With proof of payment (invoice or confirmation email)

Unfortunately we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds if the above criteria are not fully met.

Once you have contacted us and we have provisionally approved the return, please return your item to:

We also recommend that any returns be sent by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.  

Once your return has been received and approved you will be refunded within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
